Encountering an Application Error?
Don’t worry! There are a few simple steps you can take to fix the issue and get back to coding:
- Make sure you have a strong internet connection.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Log out, then log back in.
- Try refreshing the page by closing and reopening your browser.
- If you're still having trouble, try using a different browser.
If you're still stuck, make sure you're not blocked by a firewall. If you're on a network like at school, a library, or a government institution, a firewall might be blocking access. Reach out to your IT admin for assistance.
